WELCOME

CALL TO WORSHIP

O God, your constant love reaches to the heavens,
your faithfulness extends to the skies.
Your righteousness towers like the mountains,
your justice is deeper than the sea.
All find protection under the shadow of your wings.
We feast on the abundance you provide.
You are the source of all life,
and in your light, we see light.
Let us worship God.

OPENING PRAYER

OPENING SONG

I Love You, Lord

I love you, Lord and I lift my voice
to worship you, O my soul rejoice
Take joy, my King in what you hear
May it be a sweet, sweet sound in your ear.

PRAYER OF CONFESSION
Eternal and merciful God,
you have loved us with a love beyond our understanding,
and you have set us on paths of righteousness for your name’s sake.
Yet we have strayed from your way.
We have sinned against you in thought, word and deed,
through what we have done and what we have left undone.
As we remember your lavish gift of grace,
we praise and give you thanks that you forgive us yet again.
Grant us the grace to die daily to sin,
and to rise daily to new life in Christ.  Amen.

PRAYERS OF THE PEOPLE

DEDICATION OF TITHES AND OFFERINGS
In Christ you have given us all things, O God, and also called us to give of ourselves, following his way. As we enter into this resurrection life, make our giving–of time, attention, encouragement, and resources–a witness to your generosity. May we know the blessings of the kingdom, even as we seek to live in it each day, wherever we may be. We pray in Christ’s name. Amen.By Teri Peterson, from the RevGalBlogPals website https://revgalblogpals.org.  Accessed 5-14-2020.

CLOSING SONG:

I Could Sing of Your Love Forever
By Martin Smith
©1994 Curious? Music UK.  Used by permission.  CCLI #350601

Over the mountains and the sea your river runs with love for me|
And I will open up my heart and let the Healer set me free.
I’m happy to be in the truth and I will daily lift my hands
For I will always sing of when Your love came down.

Chorus:  I could sing of your love forever
I could sing of your love forever
I could sing of your love forever
I could sing of your love forever

 O I feel like dancing, it’s foolishness I know
But when the world had seen the light
They will dance with joy like we’re dancing now

 (Chorus)
